Description

Responsibilities

Lead and define the overall 2D art direction and visual quality barfor the game.
Create the right and high-quality 2D game assets (characters, environments, props) that serve as benchmarks for the team.
Drive strong\"right design\" thinkingto improve clarity, usability, and player experience.
Guide and elevate the team's outputthrough feedback, art direction, and best practices.
Use AI and relevant tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production.
Collaborate closely with product, and engineering to ensure visuals support gameplay and user experience.
Establish and refine art pipelines, workflows, and standardsto improve efficiency and scalability.
Iterate quickly based on feedback, with strong ownership over visual quality and delivery.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in 2D art or illustration, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality visuals and guide team output.
Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, composition and readability.
Strong design thinking with the ability to create\"right design\"that improves clarity and player experience.
Deep understanding oftarget audiences and player behaviour, with the ability to drive design decisions that align with user needs.
Deep understanding of thecasual game market and player preferences.
Ability tomentor and guide other artists, with strong ownership and execution.
Hands‑on ability to producetop-quality assets and lead by example.
Experience with game art pipelines, asset integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in using AI tools to enhance ideation, iteration speed, and production efficiency.
