Administrative Receptionist (Contract for 6 months), Singapore

The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (the Company or SCAL) is pleased to offer you this employment contract on the following terms and conditions: Job Scope: Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Membership Manager (for Membership Matters) and HR Manager (for other office-related matters), you will be part of the team to ensure that the front office is well managed, and we provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders that we engage, and to serve our members to the best of your ability. Key Responsibilities: .Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person/classroom. .Assist guest with refreshments / meeting orders coordination. .Answer, screen, incoming phone calls and assist with enquiries. .Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. .Maintain office access by following safety procedures and control access via the reception desk and administering the carpark system. .Administer classroom bookings and coordination. .Responsible for the placement of order front office/stationery supplies and keep inventory of stock. Assist membership team to guide members enquiries on new/renewal applications. .Be part of the membership team and provide support where necessary (including events) .Support other duties if required as assigned by Executive Director.
