Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing), Singapore

Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary: Up to $6,500 Perks: AWS + Variable Bonus About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, optimal inventory levels, and seamless coordination between production, sales, and logistics functions to support business performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily supply chain and logistics operations within the manufacturing facility Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer requirements Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent disruptions Work closely with Production, Sales, and Procurement teams to align supply and demand planning Monitor and control logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution expenses Analyse inventory and sales data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency Manage relationships with external vendors, logistics providers, and service partners Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance Requirements Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, or process industry supply chain/logistics roles Strong experience in inventory control, production coordination, and logistics operations Familiar with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
