Hospital Facilities Senior/ Engineer (EHS/ Electrical), Singapore

What you'll be doing Support overall facilities and systems management, including maintenance of buildings and infrastructure
Assist in project management for new construction, upgrading, and improvement works
Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programmes
Manage and coordinate service partners, vendors, and contractors
Provide technical support and advisory to internal stakeholders and user departments
Support compliance with statutory requirements, including fire safety, environmental sustainability (e.g. Green Mark), and workplace safety
Participate in risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations
Prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions
What we're looking for Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Facilities Management / Power / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering or related studies
2 - 5 years working experience in facilities management, electrical systems, or EHS functions
Familiarity with building systems, maintenance practices, and/or safety regulations
Experience in managing contractors and service providers
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is an advantage
Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO), Fire Safety Manager Cert is an added advantage
