about the job As a Fragrance Evaluator, you will take the lead in driving fragrance initiatives for cross-categories. This is a strategic role where you will: Define and implement development strategies that stay ahead of shifting market trends and consumer preferences. Manage complex fragrance briefs, translating commercial objectives into actionable development plans. Collaborate deeply with the Perfumery team to curate and develop scents specifically optimized for the Southeast Asia market. Ensure the seamless execution of projects by coordinating with cross-regional teams to meet tight delivery timelines. about the manager/team You will be joining a Fragrance Evaluation team that prides itself on being integrated and lean. In this environment, you are a key collaborator working closely with the Commercial team to interpret business objectives and turn them into olfactory reality. skills and experience require A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Fragrance industry. Bachelor degree in Science (Cosmetic, Perfumery, or Fragrance). Excellent olfactive skills with in-depth knowledge of cross-category formats and market segments. Possess a deep, practical knowledge of fragrance evaluation processes and how they apply to diverse categories. Identify business needs and translate them into successful development plans for the SEA region.
