At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or clinic assistant experience (TCM industry/ healthcare /spa preferred). Languages:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, to communicate with patients who mandarin speaking Skills:
Basic computer skills and WhatsApp. Personality:
Friendly, service-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability:
