You will lead new logo acquisition across APAC, taking a high-value proposition at the intersection of risk, data, and technology to large corporates - and closing the kind of strategic, first-of-their-kind deals that define careers.
You will operate in a true greenfield environment: You shape the go-to-market, open the doors, and help scale a business with strong institutional backing and differentiated data capabilities.
What You Will Do- Own new logo acquisition across APAC, targeting large corporates and senior risk leaders (CROs, CFOs, Heads of Risk)
- Build and execute a territory and account penetration strategy to exceed revenue targets
- Originate, develop, and close complex enterprise deals end-to-end
- Establish trusted relationships at the C-suite level
- Lead cross-functional deal teams spanning product, underwriting, engineering, and partners
- Shape compelling commercial propositions and business cases tailored to client needs
- Feed market intelligence back into product development
- Define and scale repeatable go-to-market approaches as the business grows
- Pure hunter role - this is a new business, not account management
- Opportunity to land flagship, marquee clients across the region
- Backed by strong brand credibility and proprietary data capabilities
- Exposure to high-growth domains: climate risk, supply chain resilience, and property risk
- Real influence over how the business is built - your wins shape the direction
- Demonstrated track record of winning new logos in enterprise sales
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS, data, AI, or cloud platforms
- Proven ability to close early-stage, complex deals where the buyer journey is long
- Strong C-level engagement and executive communication skills
- Comfortable leading internal deal teams across multiple functions
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a builder's mindset
- 5-10+ years in enterprise new business sales (B2B)
- Consistent quota overachievement
- APAC sales experience preferred strong regional network a plus
- Fluent in business English additional Asian languages advantageous
