The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is a government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, responsible for strategies that enhance Singapore’s position as a global centre for business, innovation, and talent. The EDB’s Finance, Procurement & Risk Assurance division is a key partner in supporting accounts and policy groups. This role requires extensive cross‑functional partnership with various teams within and outside EDB. The candidate will primarily be responsible for providing timely analysis, review and data insights to the Board in areas of management information, financial incentives and budgetary control, and must be familiar with incentive guidelines administered by the EDB.

• Meet with senior executives, researchers, and lead engineers to ascertain the status of financial incentives awarded to companies.
• Assess the achievement of incentive conditions with on‑site visits and document review.
• Review claims submitted by companies for compliance with guidelines and award letters.
• Ensure service delivery in accordance with pre‑defined service level agreements, from planning and fieldwork to reporting.
• Identify gaps and shape policy framework from identified issues.
• Prepare periodic reports to senior management.
• Promote organisational awareness on incentive governance and risk management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in audit, and know‑how in governance and enterprise risk management (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project‑management skills.
• Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, results oriented, able to work independently and effectively under pressure or on multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge and practices in Data Analytics and Tableau considered an advantage.

Singaporean citizenship required.
