Service Crew
is to support the Restaurant Manager and team by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to create a positive dining experience Accurately take customer orders using the ordering system and serve food and beverages promptly Clear tables efficiently to prepare for the next customers and maintain a tidy dining area Operate the cashier to process payments correctly and handle transactions with accuracy Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction Follow Operational SOPs consistently to support smooth restaurant operations Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant according to SFA's hygiene and safety regulations Communicate effectively with customers and team members about menu recommendations and service feedback Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager Requirements Previous work experience in food and beverage service to support effective customer interaction Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to maintain a safe dining environment Positive work attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service Friendly and approachable demeanor to engage well with customers Energetic, cheerful, and vibrant personality to contribute to a lively restaurant atmosphere
