Our client, a B2C Services Company is seeking a highly driven and customer-focused leader to join us them as the
Head of Sales & Customer Service . This role is responsible for driving the commercial success of the Centre, leading a team to achieve ambitious enrolment growth and customer retention targets while upholding strong service excellence standards. As a key business leader, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless Centre operations and the delivery of an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities: Take ownership of formulating and executing sales strategies at Centre level, including demand generation, conversion optimisation, and brand-building initiatives. Oversee the performance, motivation, and development of the Customer Service & Sales team, ensuring that parents' enquiries, feedback, and concerns are handled professionally and effectively. Work alongside the Academic Director to manage enrolment planning and student retention, aligned with market needs and overall business objectives.
Requirements: Proven track record in managing sales teams within a B2C environment, ideally possessing experience in retail, consumer services, hospitality, or education industries. Strong commercial acumen, people leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build rapport across all levels and manage change in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
