Flavour Laboratory Assistant & QA/QC Executive
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food flavours and quality assurance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Description: As a Flavour Laboratory Assistant & QA/QC Executive, you will be responsible for supporting flavour development activities and ensuring product quality standards are met. Your main responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation, compounding, and evaluation of flavour samples Conducting QA/QC checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods Ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with internal quality and safety standards Maintaining accurate records and documentation Participating in sensory evaluations and product stability studies Assisting in troubleshooting customer complaints related to product quality Collaborating with the production and R&D teams on continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply Prior experience in a flavour, food, or fragrance lab will be an advantage Knowledge of basic laboratory practices and food safety standards Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: A supportive and growth-oriented working environment Opportunities to work with an experienced and passionate team Exposure to the flavour industry with hands-on learning On-the-job training and career development opportunities If you are interested in joining a company that values innovation, quality, and teamwork, we invite you to apply for this role.
