About the role

The role covers the full sales process and associated tasks, including helping organize and steer marketing campaigns, direct cold calling and lead generation, expanding contacts within existing accounts, and establishing meaningful contacts among new prospects.

What you will be doing
  • Responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Treasury and Risk Management solutions within the BFSI sector.
  • Sells new products and/or services to new and existing account relationships in the BFSI space.
  • Proactively generates pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
  • Solicits and maintains a network of prospects.
  • Develops and maintains relationships within existing accounts by identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the FIS Treasury & Risk portfolio.
  • Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Works closely with pre‑sales, product specialists, marketing, and professional services to shape differentiated solution propositions.
  • Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
  • Works on any executive‑level proposals and solution presentations aligned to client objectives.
  • Leads complex commercial negotiations, structuring deals that balance client expectations with delivery viability and long‑term partnership value.
  • Contributes to territory planning, account strategy, and sales forecasting.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds assigned revenue targets and business objectives.
What you bring
  • Strong Enterprise Software and Services Sales experience.
  • Hands‑on experience in selling Treasury or Risk solutions to financial institutions.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups (preferred).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public stakeholders.
