• Work together with the project managers in managing the projects – developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage day‑to‑day project operational aspects and requests.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Manage risks and issues that arise during the project.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Ensure that project processes are followed and that project documentation is up to date.

• Gain experience working in real‑life enterprise level projects that affect the revenue & profit of a multi‑national company.
• Experience working in a multicultural team.
• Learn project management processes, tools, and how to overcome challenges for successful project execution.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, computer science, software engineering, or a related field is usually required for this role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Strong technical background and an understanding of software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Office applications, SharePoint Online.
