Principal Security Solution Architect (IAM), Singapore

You will be part of a team of cybersecurity experts, working with the latest tools and technologies to identify and respond to threats in real time and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure security is integrated into every aspect of our business.

As an IAMSolutions Architect you will design and implement enterprise‑class Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on continuous verification of user identities and device security posture. You will also manage role‑based access governance, ensuring that access privileges are granted based on the principle of least privilege. You will collaborate closely with the Global Head for Security Architecture and Engineering and with the Cyber Security and Risk function to implement Zero Trust security principles across the organization.

• Provide advisory services to management, redesigning IAM controls and acting as the Technical Product Manager to deliver necessary business, technical, and functional requirements for enterprise‑wide application enrolment in the IAM infrastructure.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve system‑design and development weaknesses related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
• Identify and recommend improvement areas in the existing enterprise IAM architecture to address evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Balance business requirements with cybersecurity and IT requirements based on the organization’s risk appetite, and develop operating models and documentation to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
• Manage cybersecurity projects with virtual teams and vendors, working closely with stakeholders in other groups on engineering‑related matters.
• Troubleshoot, support, and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes as required.

• Technical certifications or information‑security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CISM, ITIL, and cloud certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of IAM topics including identity and credential management, access management, privileged access management, secrets management, and active directory and its components.
• Experience with ticketing software such as ServiceNow and PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust, Lieberman, Delinea.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts and technical design for on‑premises workloads and cloud workloads (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IAM standards and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, LDAP, and MFA mechanisms.
• Optional but desirable experience with Okta, ForgeRock, Azure, and scripting or coding skills in VBScript, PowerShell, Perl, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Hands‑on experience in technical design, implementation, and customization of IAM security solutions and ability to produce low‑level design documentation and delivery updates.
