Marketing Manager, Singapore

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement market development strategies and annual plans for the Southeast Asia region Lead local marketing teams and establish an efficient, collaborative working mechanism Gain deep insights into regional industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive business growth Manage and support the marketing planning, business coordination, and execution of major fire protection projects in the region Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities, industry associations, major project owners, and other key stakeholders Oversee marketing budgets, ROI of promotional activities, and brand performance Provide market insights and development recommendations to the head office Position Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Engineering Management, Fire Safety in Construction, or related fields preferred Minimum of 25 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles Proven track record in operating and managing multiple large-scale fire protection system projects (e.g., airports, high-speed rail, petrochemicals, power plants, urban complexes, etc.) Familiar with the Southeast Asian market strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in both English and Chinese (proficiency in Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) Strategic thinker with the ability to make quick and sound decisions in complex environments What We Offer: Competitive compensation package International management platform and career growth opportunities Diverse working environment across Southeast Asia with business travel opportunities The chance to contribute to industry-leading projects and experience a strong sense of achievement
