Quantity Surveyor (Cost Management) Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm City Hall Salary: $3600 to $4500 Requirements Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor 2 years and above in related scope or field Roles & Responsibilities Compile and check monthly cost reports against projection and record monthly cost difference with reasons and proper substantiation. Study project specific requirements and to forecast possible additional costs base on projection. Ensure payment/ projection allocations are based on the specific work items. Study and check projection costs with monthly closing of POs with site. Check and monitor site expenses for all trades. Calling of quotations and prepare comparison sheet. Checking quantities based on drawings by measurement manually, using software Cost 'X' or other suitable software. Call quotations, by trade, for on-going works. Tracking of project VO lists including computation of expected profit. Negotiation in final accounts with Vendors.
