We work closely with the local markets to manage and drive improvements in daily operational practices and long-term strategic initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated associate to join our Regional Warehouse team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, executing and overseeing various initiatives aimed at improving operations. Job Description
Demonstrate a proactive and practical mindset, actively engaging in warehouse operations to identify, suggest, and execute enhancements that optimise workflow efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to come up with required warehouse management system functionalities to support warehouse operations and new business expansion Coordinate and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Operations / Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines At least 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations / management, particularly in e-Commerce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insights Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in operational processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Display a readiness to actively engage in ground operations, collaborating closely with the team to implement improvements and openness to travel
