Logistics Executive (Letter of Credit/ Custom Declaration), Singapore

Basic + AWS + VB
Responsibilities: Coordinate with factory, Warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.
Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions, insurance claims, COO, LC, and other export documents for shipments, SAP and Export Control.
Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.
Requirements: Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation for full set L/C, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
