Job Location SINGAPORE TC-BIOPOLIS Job Description Overview of the job P&G is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic medical and leadership teams, dedicated to promoting the safety, health, and wellbeing of our employees. You will play a critical role in expanding and executing health and wellbeing services across both corporate and manufacturing environments, helping create a valuable and meaningful workplace where employees can perform at their best. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence multi-functional teams and contribute to a positive impact on employee health through innovative health programs aligned with business objectives.
Your team You will report directly to Country Medical Leader, supporting both the Singapore Innovation Center (SgIC) and u00A0Singapore Tuas Plant (SPP). Your close collaboration will include working alongside with site HR and medical administrator based at the SgIC Health Center. As a vital member of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing pillar within the HR team, you will engage with country and regional medical teams to ensure alignment with global health strategies and compliance with internal and external standards.
How Success Look Like As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams at both the corporate office and plant sites to implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support business objectives and employee health outcomes. You will assess employee health needs, contribute to designing and refining health programs, and support smooth execution of these initiatives onsite. Utilizing occupational health tools and data, you will strengthen workplace health capabilities while serving as a trusted advocate for employee wellbeing. Success in this role requires being proactive, agile, and consistently delivering high-quality healthcare services and health promotion.
Responsibilities Strategize, align, and execute health and wellbeing programs as per company strategy and Health Systems Key Elements ensure compliance with internal health standards. Maintain knowledge of Country Occupational Safety and Health legislation and ensure organizational adherence. Collaborate with country and regional medical teams to ensure company health and wellness programs are aligned with regional and global strategies. Work closely with the Safety department to drive integrated health and safety goals. Provide basic medical consultation, guidance, and case management, including coordination with external healthcare providers during employee medical needs. Analyse occupational health data and trends to recommend corrective actions, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work solutions. Support workplace hazard identification, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Lead emergency and medical crisis management and preparedness efforts. Act as an influencer, rallying cross-functional teams to promote health and wellbeing initiatives effectively.

Job Qualifications Role Requirements Years of experience: 2 years of Occupational Health experience, preferably for a multinational organization BS Nursing graduate Responsibility area: Occupational Health for Corporate Office and Manufacturing. Pillar member of HR team. Willing to work in our P&G Singapore Innovation Centre and Singapore Tuas Plant Must be a Licensed Nurse in Singapore
Basic Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and local language. Good knowledge of Microsoft collaboration and office tools. Learning agility. Presentation skills. Reapplication and benchmarking skills.
