Production Executive, Singapore

Job Summary: The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth production operations, and supporting management in optimizing organizational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, work instructions, and quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to optimize production output
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service, to support seamless production and on-time order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Production Team to ensure in-house production orders/jobs are produced & delivered on time in a timely manner.
Coordinate closely with oversea counterpart to ensure essential production support is promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor daily operations and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Liaise with overseas counterparts to ensure timely support and coordination for production requirements and deliveries.
Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment within the production area

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of production processes and machinery
Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and documentation
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software/tools.
