Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Kallang

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply issues

Manage customer inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and high satisfaction

Prepare and provide regular/ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status

Analyze supply chain performance and assist in root cause analysis for missed targets

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance

Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements
