(Job ID: 1495962) Job Summary: An opportunity to support regional logistics and inventory operations, managing end-to-end shipments, warehouse activities, and data-driven reporting across Asia. Responsibilities: Manage import operations from Japan to the Singapore warehouse, ensuring compliance with shipping and documentation requirements. Coordinate outbound shipment operations from Singapore to various Asian markets. Oversee inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels and availability. Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory variances. Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports to support business and operational planning. Requirements: Proven experience in import and export operations within a logistics or supply chain environment. Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Experience in warehouse and inventory management, including stock control and stocktaking. Experience in sales analysis or inventory data analysis is an added advantage. Hands-on exposure to end-to-end logistics operations.
