Singapore – Bedok S Rd – SG-01-SINGAPORE-018 (P1)

Onsite – Production and Maintenance

• Ensure facility security, site security, safety, health and environmental compliance.
• Lead cross‑functional technical team.
• Advise General Manager on functions.
• Stay updated with legislation, codes, specifications.
• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Liaise with government permits.
• Ensure personnel meet competency certificates.
• Champion continuous improvement projects.
• Make key decisions for plant equipment and machinery.
• Identify, respond to, rectify system defects.
• Improve plant capability, reliability, efficiency through cost‑effective engineering.
• Ensure business continuity across functions.
• Manage security of on‑site technical records, OEM documentation, quality management documents.
• Develop and implement approved budget for Department.
• Support new projects and upgrades to improve availability, reliability, efficiency and margins.
• Manage major A&A and M&E projects to drive future site relevancy.
• Drive reductions in environmental footprint.

• Expert or mastery level knowledge of the work area.
• Deep knowledge of project management.
• Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within the work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.
• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Minimum 10 years prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
