Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing accounting and corporate services firm seeking a proactive and service-oriented
Client Services Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, following up on ongoing cases, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Follow up and coordinate client cases including incorporation, tax filing, accounting, and corporate secretarial services Maintain accurate records of client communication and case progress Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services Provide timely updates to clients regarding their case status Handle inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining firm services Support the team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Prior experience in a professional services firm is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask Proficiency in English is required knowledge of additional languages is a plus Familiarity with accounting/tax/corporate services is preferred What We Offer:
