Why us . Yearly Performance Bonus . Career advancement The Role: . Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations . Ensure daily operations meet productivity and KPI targets . Support and guide admin/operations staff indaily activities . Liaise with customers and transporters for shipment coordination . Handle data entry, pick list generation, and operational documentation . Manage customer returns and vendor returns . Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports . Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures . Support system upgrades, process improvements, and team development . Perform other duties assigned by management .What are we looking for . Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) . Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage . Good communication and coordination skills with customers and stakeholders
