JOB SCOPE Prepare a range of savoury and sweet items, including pies, quiches, salads, and baked goods Handle dough preparation processes such as mixing, rolling, shaping, and baking with consistency Prepare fillings, sauces, and mise en place in line with production plans and standard procedures Ensure all products meet quality expectations in taste, texture, and presentation Manage ingredient storage with proper labelling and FIFO practices Collaborate closely with both savoury and pastry teams to support daily operations Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety Support new product trials and seasonal menu development when required. SKILL REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a central kitchen or high-volume production environment is an advantage Experience in either hot or cold kitchen settings Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
