Job Description Analysis, definition, development and implementation of innovative processes for distribution logistics, as well as support for new distribution models Management, coordination and collaboration in innovation and life cycle projects in the logistics environment, including the creation of specific logistics concepts for the entire supply chain Optimisation of product and transport packaging logistics Supporting the global logistics organisation and its stakeholders (product management, IT, etc.), e.g. with availability of tools & jigs for customising process and preparation of workstations Requirements: Completed basic commercial/logistics training with several years of professional and project experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Process and target-oriented way of working analytical, structured and service-oriented way of thinking Independent personality with assertiveness, organisational talent and high social skills Business fluent in written and spoken English (C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Very good IT Skills in MS-Office, SCM-Module (ERP-System) and Project-Management-Tools Technophile on Computer Hardware Setups Experience in SAP (SD/MM/WM/PP), Production Steering (Assembly Information System - AIS) and Warehousing are an advantage Willingness to travel
