· Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of Office

· Maintain Company Drives – filling systems

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Generate Invoices for Projects / Client – K2OS

· Generate Invoices for ABRS Asia

· Verify invoices from vendors and send them for appropriate approvals with the respective Directors

Support & Coordination

· Work within the company’s respective management systems, (both K2 OS & ABRS Asia)

· Coordinating of pre-employment medical before Consultant’s commencement of work

· Issuance of Contract of Employment and other necessary letters & correspondence at Directors request

· Procurement of safety tools and PPE as per project requirements

· Preparation of Purchase Order upon receiving of invoices from vendor for approval before sending it to Finance for processing of payment

· Adhoc Administrative duties assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)

4. Professional attitude and appearance

5. Solid written and verbal communication skills

6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

7. Excellent organizational skills

8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
