Program Coordinator/Executive, Singapore

Job Summary Assist the BU Manager in planning and executing the programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Responsibilities Assist the BU Manager in planning, tracking, and executing the programs to meet project goals Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure all milestones and deliverables are achieved on time Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve issues Develop and sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support partnership development Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and program updates for internal teams and customers to inform decision-making Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns promptly to the BU Manager to mitigate impact Ensure accuracy and currency of all program documentation, records, and communications for compliance and transparency Support ad-hoc tasks and initiatives aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in project or program coordination within semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to work on-site at Changi North Crescent
