Quality Inspector / QA Executive, Singapore

Monday - Friday Location: Marsiling Job Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections and quality control activities for manufactured parts and products Identify and place non-conformance products on hold for review and disposition Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and Certificates of Conformance (COC) Review mill certificates, NDE reports, and work orders before production Conduct in-process inspections, audits, and supplier quality checks Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other inspection equipment Record inspection results accurately and report quality issues to supervisors Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Coordinate with production, sales, planning, and suppliers on quality-related matters Assist in internal and external QHSE audits and training activities Ensure compliance with API, ISO, ASME, and customer quality standards Follow workplace safety and quality procedures at all times Perform other duties assigned by supervisor Requirements
O-Level or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC inspection experience in manufacturing environment Familiar with machining processes such as turning, milling, boring, and drilling Knowledge of API, ISO, ASME, and related quality standards Able to use measuring instruments and gauges accurately Experience with thread gauges and thread inspection is an advantage Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI preferred Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work independently and handle documentation accurately Interested candidates please WhatsApp me at +65 6509 0823 or send in your resume to (HIDDEN TEXT) We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
