Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Healthcare Space Planner ( Architectural Consultancy).
Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Director of Design and Planning. Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate the work of multiple teams for large-scale healthcare projects. Support business development initiatives, including building and maintaining client relationships. Contribute to proposals, bid preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / interior design or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience specializing in healthcare planning, with expertise equivalent to that of a peer medical planner. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals effectively. Hands-on experience in both green and brownfield projects. Exposure to healthcare facility projects ranging from S$5 million to S$150 million (up to 30,000 sqm in size). Proficient in using architectural design software.
