Productivity Improvement (Value Stream 1) Internship, 2027 – Undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering. Candidates must be enrolled in a SG university for the duration of the internship and be able to undertake a full‑time, credit‑bearing internship programme. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Internship period: January to December 2027.

• Drive productivity initiatives for Value Stream 1.
• Improve full automation control, digitalisation and smart monitoring for new products.
• Reduce cycle time for new processes.
• Improve yield through process optimisation.
• Implement step changes in traditional cleaning processes to drive productivity gains.
• Support the project team in equipment commissioning and qualification.
• Support and drive maturity of the GSK Production System.

• Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Independent, responsive and resourceful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics is a plus.
• A passion for learning and exploring new things with minimal guidance.

• Experience GSK culture and work with a diversified team of professionals.
• Apply technical knowledge gained at school and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, communication and prioritisation.
• Transport to and from site to MRT stations in centralised locations across Singapore.
