Job Summary Join RichFood Catering as a Catering Sales Assistant Manager to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution while supporting branding initiatives. Responsibilities Identify and establish new sales opportunities through diverse prospecting channels to expand clientele Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and online catering enquiries to secure business Assist clients in selecting menus and prepare tailored event proposals to meet their needs Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business Contribute creative ideas to enhance catering services and improve client experiences Manage sales and profitability of event orders to achieve revenue targets Coordinate with food production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of catering events Required competencies and certifications Minimum qualification in F&B Management or equivalent At least 2 to 3 years of sales or business development experience in the catering industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Proven track record in catering or event sales Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills demonstrated in client-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills applied in sales contexts Well-organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Experience in senior sales or client-facing roles is advantageous Willingness to work in the North region Other Information What We Offer: ✔️ Attractive commission scheme ✔️ Positive and supportive team culture To Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to (HIDDEN TEXT) We look forward to hearing from you!
