Job Summary : As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to client relationship management. You will play a crucial role in matching talented individuals with suitable job opportunities while ensuring a seamless hiring process for clients and candidates.
Responsibilities Partner with clients across Singapore to fulfil hiring needs for a wide range of positions and industries. Manage recruitment projects for Japanese and Korean clients/markets across sectors including Finance, IT, Private Equity, Marketing, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, HR, and more. Understand clients' business models, hiring objectives, and role requirements to provide effective talent solutions. Source and engage suitable candidates through databases, job portals, networking, referrals, and professional social media platforms. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivations, and suitability. Match high-quality candidates to appropriate opportunities and provide consultative hiring support to clients. Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Facilitate offer negotiations and support successful onboarding outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to develop long-term business partnerships. Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. Support other ad hoc recruitment and administrative duties as required.
Requirements Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline. Prior experience in Recruitment, HR, Sales, or client-facing roles will be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Japanese language proficiency is required to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and candidates.
