Job Description & Requirements 5 Days work week: 8.30am - 5.30pm Transport provided in various pick-up locations Medical and Dental benefits A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for an Accountant to: Manage a team of six finance and accounts staff for the Singapore group of companies Oversee accounting, financial, treasury, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance functions Ensure accuracy, propriety, confidentiality, and timely preparation of financial statements and management accounts Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and J-SOX policies Supervise accounting entries, payment reviews, funding positions, and internal control systems Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretary, IRAS, and relevant authorities on statutory and audit matters Prepare quarterly reports, financial surveys, audit schedules, and year-end financial statements Train, supervise, motivate, and manage staff performance and welfare within the department Safeguard company assets through effective internal controls and authorised transaction processes Perform additional duties as assigned by management Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance Minimum 2-3 Years Relevant Experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry Knowledge of accounting software eg. SAP Strong, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines Good Communication and Team Collaboration Skills .Salary will be offered based on experience and education.
