Legal Secretary (Part Time), Singapore

We are seeking an experienced part-time legal secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our legal team. This is a long-term, permanent part-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience. General Roles & Responsibilities . General administrative duties . Data entry & filing and maintenance of both physical and electronic records . Draft and prepare correspondence, basic legal documents, and standard forms under the supervision of lawyers . Monitoring of deadlines and lawyers' schedule . Preparing bills . Open new client files, conduct KYC checks, and maintain proper client due diligence records in accordance with firm procedures Requirements . Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Singapore law firm - candidates with no prior law firm experience will not be considered . Hands-on experience in at least one practice area: litigation, conveyancing, or corporate secretarial work . Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with predominantly Chinese-speaking clients. . Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software applications is essential . Familiarity with KYC procedures and client file opening processes . Meticulous, well-organised and can work well under time constraints. Must be prepared to work beyond office hours when required . Motivated, pro-active and able to work in a team . Able to work 2 to 3 days a week Due to quota constraints, the position is
