Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, claims, and CPF submissions Design and implement structured employee development and growth pathways Develop clear, role-specific performance metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) Track performance across metrics and conduct regular performance reviews Partner with the Director on recruitment, including screening and interviews Handle work pass applications and other manpower-related matters Oversee the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding Drive performance management processes and employee relations initiatives Review and optimise compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that attracts and retains talent Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives (e.g. team bonding, celebrations, culture-building activities) Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and/or people management Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. QuickHR) Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What We Offer
