Associate Production Supply, Singapore

• Ensure transfer of materials, tools, fixtures, ancillary supplies as needed for manufacturing to maintain continuous production and comply with clean room requirements.
• Maintain sufficient gowning room supply levels, track in system, and perform counting, storing of gowns to/from vendors.
• Replenish, stock, and distribute clean room supplies in compliance with SOPs, performing system transactions and documentation generation.
• Deliver production materials, components, and manufacturing aids to/from warehouse or other production areas; receive production material, sanitize, unpack, and transfer to appropriate containers/trays into the cleanroom per SOPs.
• Transfer waste (used needles, emptied IPA/sporklenz bottles) to waste collection points.
• Disposal and replenishment of chemicals (IPA/Sporklenz) in the clean room or manufacturing area, including moving waste bottles to collection points.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform incidental duties including housekeeping, sanitization of work area with approved chemicals, material handling, and printing.

Education: Secondary education.

No prior related experience required. Preferred: prior experience in GMP, clean room, or medical device environments.

• Basic computer skills (e.g., RFSMART).
• Ability to read, comprehend and speak English; good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision by following detailed operating instructions.
• Successful completion of ongoing job training of equipment and process operations.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Adherence to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and control measures to prevent injury, protect environment, and prevent pollution.
