Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, assess, review, execute & monitor safe and effective training programs to assist members in achieving their individual fitness goals Responsible for designing new fitness programs Conduct periodic fitness assessments to members Monitor and ensure members safety and effective use of equipment Ensure equipment are kept up to standard for effective, safe, and clean usage Achieve monthly sales and service targets Ensure daily operational flow of the personal training department Requirements: Must possess proven experience as a Personal Trainer for a minimum of 1 year. Must possess ACE certification or equivalent. Must provide referrals from the previous employer Sales orientated with good interpersonal skills are essential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
