Job Summary

Reporting to Sprinter Acquisition Head, the role drives recruitment growth for the distribution force through working with agency leaders for end‑to‑end experienced hires acquisitions, providing timely feedback and intel from the market to management for formulating effective strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Drive recruitment & manpower growth through identified key performance indicators set by management.
  • Provide support to Agency Leaders in areas of transition package offering, onboarding process and post RNF follow up.
  • Work closely with Agency Leaders in identifying quality Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers candidates.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers.
  • Track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers and ensure adherence to build performance and longevity in the career.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience in Agency Business development or Recruitment preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Degree in Business or related fields of study.
  • Preferred: CMFAS certification (not mandatory).
