RF Engineer (4G/LTE | Telecom Network), Singapore

Position: RF Engineer (4G/LTE | Telecom Network) Location: Bedok (10-minute walk from Bedok MRT) Working hours: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (8:30am - 6pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $4,500 (Basic up to $4200 + $240 Standby Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus + 18 day Annual Leave + $600 Medical Leave Duration: 1 year contract, can be converted to permanent position Industry: Telecommunications
Main Responsibilities: Support 4G site rollout: survey, design, testing, commissioning & optimization Monitor project progress, timelines, and engineering activities Coordinate with contractors/suppliers to meet milestones Manage inventory and project materials Support tender preparation and technical proposals Troubleshoot and maintain 4G network performance (LTE, RF) Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations Perform standby duties for faults and major events
Requirements: Diploma in Telecommunications / Electronics or related At least 2 years experience in the maintenance of LTE mobile networks and working with 4G radio access technologies, antenna systems and RF network Class 3 driving license required Comfortable with site work (rooftops, tunnels, construction sites) Able to work overtime and standby (24/7 when required) Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
