LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE, Singapore

Job Purpose The Logistics Executive will oversee the daily import, export, and transshipment operations of agricultural commodities in Singapore. This role requires hands-on management of third-party bonded warehouses and the accurate execution of complex international trade documentation. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate international freight shipments (bulk/containerized) for agricultural commodities from pre-shipment to final delivery.
Manage operations and inventory across multiple zero-GST/bonded warehouses, ensuring accurate stock declarations and compliance with Singapore Customs guidelines.
Draft, compile, and submit all necessary export documentation, including phytosanitary permits, shipping instructions, and bank negotiation documents (Letters of Credit).
Liaise with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) for import/export permits and product inspections. Monitor shipping schedules, track cargo status, and proactively resolve customs or logistics delays.
