Responsibility Project Materials Coordination - Manage end‑to‑end flow of project materials from purchase order to site delivery. Supplier & Freight Liaison - Work with suppliers, factories, carriers, and forwarders to ensure timely shipments and smooth customs clearance. Shipment Monitoring - Track logistics status, resolve issues, and minimize delays to support project schedules. Inbound Logistics - Oversee inventory tracking, replenishment planning, and marine insurance documentation. Process & Compliance Review - Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation, compliance with regulations, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare logistics reports and conduct cost analysis to support warehouse and supply chain performance. Requirement Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
