Deputy General Manager, Singapore

Job Summary Support the development and execution of the company's overseas business strategies,with a focus on market expansion, project development, and partnership management. This role works closely with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and ensure successful delivery of international projects. Key Responsibilities Support the formulation of the company's mid-to long-term overseas business development strategy, annual business plans, and market expansion strategies. Conduct research on environmental policies, market trends, and competitive landscapes in key overseas regions to support strategic decision-making. Support in the development, negotiation, bidding, and contract execution of overseas projects. Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities, industry associations,strategic clients, business partners, and financial institutions. Develop and implement risk management framework for overseas projects, addressing political, legal,foreign exchange, and contractual risks. Requirements Master's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields. Candidates should possess management experience gained in large environmental engineering enterprises or international engineering companies. Proficient in international business negotiations, investment and financing models, and cooperation models such as EPC, F, and BOT. Possesses strong leadership, strategic thinking, risk awareness, and resource integration capabilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
