Senior / Principal Physiotherapist, Singapore

We are looking for Senior /l Physiotherapist to be a part of our dynamic trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals which comprises Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Physiotherapist. The team provides a range of rehabilitative and intervention programs to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community. Job Description: Develop capabilities and provide clinical consultation to therapists. Deliver holistic rehabilitative services for complex cases. Lead collaborative practice initiatives for continuous improvements in Holistic Clinical Practice. Oversee clinical standards and competency management of Physiotherapists. Conduct clinical assessments and determine interventions for specialized cases. Provide specialist consultation and clinical education in advanced management of complex cases. Manage performance and development of therapists.
Job Requirements: Recognized Degree/Master in Physiotherapy(listed in Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a full registrant Proven ability to lead and develop clinical programs and initiatives. Strong capability in providing clinical education and consultancy. Excellent leadership and management skills.
