Hiring: Production Admin Executive | Great Learning Opportunity Working Hours / Location: Working Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays, 7.30am - 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities: Monitor sales orders and support the generation of sales for the division
Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery based on sales requirements
Plan and manage material purchases to support production needs
Raise purchase requisitions for direct materials required in production
Allocate material lots for production processes
Create, update, and maintain production orders for accurate tracking and on-time delivery
Monitor production output and ensure sufficient material availability
Maintain traceability records in compliance with operational requirements
Update and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing data in SAP
Manage SAP Material Master data, including creation of materials, routings, and work centers
Act as the MES system administrator, ensuring smooth system operations and data integrity
Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in production planning or a related function
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
Good communication and coordination skills
