We are looking to grow our Singapore Office with new exciting projects and we have an opening for a highly motivated individual to fill the following position:
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for the role of Architectural Associate, focusing on Project Development and Project Management. This position is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in the Architecture industry, eager to expand their expertise and take on leading roles and assist Principal in decision making. The candidate shall have experience in design, project management and local authority code compliances.
Responsibilities:
Leading role in Architectural design from design development, construction documentation to project construction and completion to TOP and CSC. Manage projects on site and their submission status to local authorities. Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team of designers to coordinate the project. Engage with clients, contractors and specialists.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Well versed in AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop and other design software. Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail. Minimum 3 years of relevant Architecture working experience.
