Product Specialist | Insurance Domain | Contract, Singapore

Responsibilities: Support Product Owners in documentation of requirements, mapping of end-to-end flows and testing. Plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data mapping by assisting in gap and data analysis. Work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows. Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from business owner. Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP). Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements. Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner. Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.
Qualifications: Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. At least 5-8 years of experience in digital customer portal with experience in the insurance industry and stakeholders' management. Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end process. Hands-on experience in Confluence, JIRA, and Visio. Good business acumen and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A positive, enthusiastic, committed and 'can do' attitude team player.
