With manufacturing facilities in both Singapore and Malaysia, this company is now looking for a Operations Director to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. about the job Take full accountability for site profit and loss. Drive a high-performance culture by aggressively monitoring and improving OEE, scrap reduction, cost-per-unit, and yield Lead, manage, and optimize plant operations to ensure 'best-in-class' financial results and workforce productivity Serve as the strategic lead and primary escalation point for global medical customers. Lead customer review meetings and ensure the site consistently exceeds expectations and audit requirements Drive engineering-led enhancements across manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to maximize capacity utilization Oversee quality systems to ensure 100% compliance with medical specifications, ISO standards, and customer-specific audits Set the vision for the site, ensuring all production targets (volume, quality, and schedule adherence) are met with precision job requirement Msc/Degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience of extensive plastics injection molding for full medical devices environment Direct P/L experience is required for the position Possess a mastery of molding processes, tooling, and the technical nuances of engineered plastic products Demonstrated history of taking a manufacturing site/unit and successfully driving it from underperformance to profitability Extensive experience servicing medtech industry customers, understanding their unique quality/regulatory pain points, and successfully leading customer audits If you are interested in the position , kindly send your CVs to yitwei.kwan(@)randstad.com.sg Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
