Merchant Sales Officer | Contract | Bank, Singapore

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote merchant payment solutions to existing and prospective customers Assist customers with onboarding activities, both onsite and offsite, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Provide clear, accurate, and concise information regarding merchant solutions, products, and services Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable merchant payment solutions accordingly Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and service delivery Ensure all onboarding documentation and processes are completed accurately and in compliance with internal guidelines Follow up with customers on enquiries, application status, and activation processes in a timely manner Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets while maintaining service quality standards Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Marketing, or related disciplines Prior experience in telesales, customer service, merchant acquiring, or banking-related roles is good to have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities Comfortable with outbound calling and client engagement activities Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
